    1. Entering Mound AssemblyEntering mould is a common ceramic mould, the upper good face punch (surface punch) is design with patterns and the lower isostatic punch has a smooth side. This entry punch mould is the die that is suitable for double-fired and single fired ceramic tiles and porcelain tile production, which includes wall tiles and floor tiles with polished or unpolished.
    1. Mirror Mound Assembly Besides manufacturing traditional moulds, we are paying special attention to design and manufacture complex moulds for ceramic tiles. For example the mirror mould is developed to meet some of our customer requirements of deeper tile patterns, which the upper good face punch is smooth and the lower isostatic punch is designed with deep patterns.
    1. Double Mound AssemblyThis machine can reduce tile resistance due to the expansion of the stamping die, ultimately reducing deformation and damage to the tiles due to a mold that is too small.
    1. Isostatic Upper PunchIsostatic punch is mostly used as upper punch for ceramic moulds to create patterns on tiles. The following are some types of ceramic isostatic punches we offer.
    1. Pressure Rubber Lower PunchAccording to customer ceramic tile types, we have developed 3 different types of supporting mold punch products with a service life that is longer than other similar products on the market today.
    1. Full Exhaust PunchExhaust punch is mostly used on polished ceramic tile manufacturing and suitable as both upper and lower punch. To make a better polished ceramic tile, the semi-finished clay body needs to maintain low water absorption ability and good glossiness.
    1. The die box is easily worn off when the punch is operating, so the liners are fixed around the die box to prevent it from wearing off. And it’s a great saving to replace liners instead of die boxes because lines are way much cheaper.
    1. The mold frame is a ceramic mold assembly in the core of tile punch presses. This frame features high quality technical requirements, easily implemented through our years of experience in developing new, wear resistant mold frames.
